Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:
-Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
-Condition: Items must be in their original condition without damages, and with all original packaging included.
-Contact Us First: To begin the return process, please contact us at skyriseinflatables@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
-Approval & Label: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please send returns to 7707 Roundtable Rd, Frisco Texas 75035, United States
-Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer, not to exceed 10% of the original purchase price. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
-Items that are shipped with manufacturing defects or damages are automatically covered under our 2 year warranty, send us an email at skyriseinflatables@gmail.com, if this applies to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us at skyriseinflatables@gmail.com
Warranty
All inflatables purchased through Skyrise Inflatables are backed by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering factory defects in materials and workmanship only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, customer use, misuse, improper handling, neglect, accidents, or alterations made by anyone other than Skyrise Inflatables.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and will repair or replace any qualifying inflatable at our discretion.
